How we delivered
We sourced a historic city-centre ballroom venue, allowing delegates to travel efficiently by rail and supporting a more sustainable event footprint. Guests arrived through a fully branded experience featuring bespoke ‘Trucks You Can Trust’ lanyards, before joining a professionally produced programme with a dual-host main stage, presenter rehearsals and an on-site film crew capturing delegate interviews for impactful post-event content.
